Have a vegan Snickers bar. They're called "Jokerz" and they're made by GoMax (I think they are the creators of the Crispy Cat bars).

I discovered them a few weeks ago at the Living Earth store when trolling for snacks for the movies. In addition to the Jokerz bar there is a "Buccaneer" bar which is like 3 Muskateers, "

DUDE- they sell those candy bars at LE?!?! Where are they in the store- I went in a few weeks ago and didn't see them!

I might see you at BVS food fest. Ben and I are going to be in Boston Saturday night for a concert so I've convinced Ben that we should go to the BVS food fest first!

If you step a few feet into the store and turn with your back facing the checkout, there is an endcap of shelves that's primarily chocolate bars and the like (I think there's Primal Strips along the top). The Gomax bars are on the very bottom shelf, sometimes jumbled in one display box. They have been there whenever I have looked for them, I hope they are still there now!

Oh Lord no.... I'm only required to attend Huey Lewis once a year as part of the "wifely duties treaty." We're going to the Orpheum Theater on Halloween night to see a band I like (Guster.) for the BVS thing- you don't need tickets or anything, right?

Perfect timing with your entry, btw. I have to go to my agency's Chandler St. Office (my old office) for a training this afternoon. I'm totally going to LE to snag some candy afterwards!!!

I am very excited about the VegFest! I am going to slide all th free crap on the tables into my bag because I have no shame. And then I am going to eat everything, haha.
