The West Wing Group Fanfic!

Okay, I've never anything like this before, so I'm going to kind of make it up as I go along! This started off as an idea because I was bored and after chatting on Twitter. I think first we should decided what kind of fic we'd like to write.

I am totally excited to write as Sam. Unfortunately, I might be the only one who has not watched the entire series yet. I am only barely into Season 4. I know to have Santos in the story it has to be like Season 7 or something, but are we going to write this purely fictional? I was thinking we could both write scenes in our character's point of view from some of our favorite episodes, but we could also come up with some new ideas/plots as well. Maybe nothing that could be considered a huge spoiler of Seasons 4-7.. I plan on watching two episodes a night on weeknights and several more than that on weekends so I can get through the entire series as quick as possible, but I know my only seeing Seasons 1-4 might pose a problem. :( Or will it?

All I'll say is- enjoy season 4. Not saying that 5-7 isn't good, but for me they just dont compare to the first four seasons which were crafted by Aaron Sorkin, who is in my opinion, one of the greatest modern writers.

My friend, who I got into the show and who is AHEAD OF ME IN THE SERIES (so angry), said that season 4 was really amazing, but that in 5 it starts to get a little weird. Oh well.
