How long has it been on the market? If it hasn't sold yet, it either means the sellers are really firm on the price or yeah, there's a poltergeist in there or something.

We first came across it shortly after New Year's, but I'm not sure how long it's been on the market, exactly. It has been reduced, which makes me think more than 6 months.

It is on one of the less-desireable streets in East Nashville, right behind Shelby on the bad side (although it's really a perfectly fine street and still a good location, just not Lockeland Springs). It's also a renovated 1930's house, which means that it could have HUGE structural problems.

Oh, but I still love it!

It sounds great - there used to be a website for agents that gave inside comments and whatnot about the properties I used when I worked for Home Center Network, but it's not around anymore. :(

damn girl, that is some gym dedication! pilates is awesome, though. i do it at home almost everyday. exercise balls are also pretty rad.

the food you made sounds delicious.

It sounds like more than it is. I go for 45 minutes to 1 hour every day before work (if the weather's no good for bike riding), and then I go to yoga on Tuesday evenings and climbing/abs class on Thursday evenings. I've mellowed out a little bit and have taken to sleeping in on Saturday mornings instead of getting up at 7 for the gym. I still think I can squeeze in like 15-20 minutes of Pilates somewhere and reap the benefits of better posture, a tighter body, etc. Molly is awesome.

Come to think of it, you might enjoy my Tuesday night yoga class. You're a member of the Y, right?

The food I made was delicious, I can't lie. Some day I'll make some for you and Andrew.
