That "thingie" that helped you cross over a fence is referred to as a stile. I love the summit pics of you and Daniela. That area does look a bit like Tahoe ,even from just seeing the pics. I'm keeping my fingers crossed about waitressing. I wish I was a fly on the wall of Dixie's!!!!!!!!!!!!!Love.

Ah, thanks for the technical, expert info! Yeah, Taupo reminds me a lot of the pictures that I've seen of Tahoe. And as for Dixie's...next post!
