So I never really got that song until now. How can you have more then one day of Christmas? Now I know. Since I cant see all my friends on Xmas, I do it a different day. So each day I spend with someone is like Xmas. So yesterday was the first day

The twelve days of Xmas is an old tradition from Europe. It was an entire festive twelve days that included Xmas and New Years. There were a bunch of other parties too. Even earlier, it dates back to earlier times when at the winter solstice the village cut down a huge tree and lit it on fire. It usually burned for a little less than two weeks and they constantly partied and ate around it to celebrate.
