Day one

So today is my quit day. I have been on Chantix for seven days now and today I won't smoke. I have been up for 5 hours now and no cigarettes. I chose to do this at this time due to the fact that I have been sick again (3rd time this year) with bronchitis for the last 3 weeks I can't go to work my doc won't release me even though I am not contagious

Good luck! It's tough, but you can do it. Quitting was both harder and easier than I thought it would be.
