got sonic youth's "daydream nation" album today. haven't listened to it much yet though.
today, i went on the vocational tour. i'm kind of torn between teacher cadet, cosmotology, and graphic communications. i'll probably take graphic comm. and just do exposures with teaching next year. cosmo. and graphics are both two year classes. i need to fit in four years of french, at least one more year of math, and all the electives i want to take (writing, child development, keyboarding)...needless to say, i'll definately be taking night school. i'm not worried about credits, there's just so much i want to do.
i still don't know what the hell i want to do with my life. it seems like my mind changes nearly every week. an elementary or highschool music teacher would be great, but it'd be so hard to find a job. and they probably won't be hiring those for much longer. a music teacher maybe, just working out of my home like my own does. fashion designer. producer. mortician. novelist. aarrrrgh! all i know is that it needs to involve some sort of creativity, or art. that, is far to general.
help?
why can't someone just get me a record deal or something?
