I really wish I could come -- especially after hearing Loch Lomond. In fact, it was so amazing I sent the link to my mother (who probably played it for my father), brother, and sister. All were equally floored. I am working on trying to convince them to come. Especially if it's free.

*sigh* I wish I could come. When's that little Scottish crazy square dance-y type thingy you mentioned a while back? I was most intrigued.

My connection to the group that puts the Ceilidh on tells me that the guy who, in the past, has organized the event, for some reason or another cannot this semester. I haven't heard any more about it, and will be immensely disappointed if it doesn't happen, which is looking shamefully likely. If I hear otherwise, I'll ring you.

I hope they're able to come. Maybe they'll even get to hear me sing a real first F, and not an E-and-a-half.
