Why?!? That is insane. I had heard about it, but didn't see the video till now.

I still think it might be fake. There is part where he turns the cigarette the other way around and acts like he's going to puff and then turns it around again and then the way he is holding the cigarette really blows my mind. He is only 2 years old, is his coordination really that good with a burning cigarette and then the inhaling and blowing it out....I don't know.
Towards the end of the video he looks high, his eyes kind of cross so maybe he really is smoking and getting high off the nicotine....mind boggling.

Okay I keep watching the video, how about the part where he smokes the cigarette with no hands? or tilts his head up and then exhales? I don't know the more I watch the more I think it's fake, it just has to be! LOL
