I can sympathise with your mum, i know how nasty it is to be the one to find your parent like that...
I couldnt bear to be in the house when the undertakers came to take dad, so i went out and sat in the garden and stoked my cat who came and snuggled up to me...
Remember the good times, how she laughed with you, how she smiled, how much fun you had all together.
Don't be afraid to let your emotions show, cos if you hold them in, then you have problems later on as i found out...

Thanks Kate hun :) It was horrible seeing them taking her away. I just looked at the bag and thought "My Granny is in there" It was horrible.

I knew i would think like that, that's why i went outside.
But honestly, think more of the good times than the bad ones... it does help a lot.
