245.4 - Continuing on overnights, but haven't been to gym...

When I finally woke up this afternoon, I decided to go ahead and weigh myself. I have been weighing myself on Sundays in order to keep a closer eye on weight. The scale read 245.4 pounds! So I have 0.4 pounds to technically hit my Lenten goal, but I was able to move two more stones over into the weighing jar. I also updated my tickers on my Read more... )

I think it's incredible that you've been able to keep eating well and losing weight through working overnight shifts. Messing with my sleep schedule is the fastest route to weight gain and all manner of poor self-care for me. Congratulations on your progress!
