I am a somewhat littler Jess. I'm freshly showered from my spin class this morning, the first one in over a month, and we're getting ready to go to his friend's family's house for Easter. My gym has a spin class a few times a week and I'm curious, but man...I'm scared! What should I expect? Should I wait until I think I'm less weak?

It's amazing what cutting out some processed stuff does. Last time I did better with it, I stopped craving junk food for sweets and ONLY wanted fruit. I'm struggling with it these days.

I would definitely not wait until you think you're "less weak." The great thing about spin class is while you're instructed to turn up resistance or speed up, YOU are in control of the bike. So if I don't feel like turning it up, I won't. If I think I can't pedal more and my body responds that way (i.e. safety), then I don't ( ... )
