Well, I did my shopping last night. God I look sick in white. I only wanted to go get a single white shirt... Kelly told me to get at least 5 or so. Now I remember why I don't own very many nice crisp white collared shirts... my shoulders are too broad for womens blouses. :-) thanks. I'm gonna use your confidence in me instead of my own lack in myself! *wink, and smirk* The worst that can happen is I make an ass of myself. Not like that would be a first for me! ;-) Either way, I'll live thru it.

are you allowed to wear anything over your shirt? when i was at DD and my dad was being strict about uniforms, i always wore a black cardigan over the hideous tan and white shirt i had to wear. the compromise made me much more comfortable.

isn't the white shirt thing just a pain in the ass? i got a job there two weeks ago and had not one thing of their "team member" look. i've compromised by wearing my most colorful scarfs in my hair every day not to mention my loud and obnoxious kangaroos. neon pink and blue for the win! anyway im finding it a fun job so far and surprisingly active especially if you are on the cutting couter. sorry i missed you at midwinter celtic. have fun your first day!

i know it's a bigger store with a larger staff than you're used to, but you have excellent management skills and you know how to use them. that's why i brought you to the de to work with me(omfg...i apologize about that; i hate delaware). regardless, it sounds like you are doing ok, and i'm glad. i know you went thru some rough crap and we lost touch after you left. shan, dan and i would talk about you.

so here's a quick life update:
dan lives in brooklyn with his woman.
i live right outside of seattle (yes, washington!) and i work for urban outfitters.
shannon is a mom! she had baby boy (named him dexter) this past week.

just so you know, i read everything you write, and it makes me miss the crap out of you!
