I have tech and dress for my choreographic project tonight and the performance is on Thursday and Friday at 8pm (1306 S Michigan in case any of you want to come). I feel pretty confident about the piece. the music is done, the costumes finally fit everyone,(We had a few....mishaps) and I'm happy with the work we have done. Something shifted in

I'm in Kalamazoo, MI right now, but if I were there, I'd hug you (if you'd let me).

I miss the Dance Center. I'll be thinking of you and wishing you a good performance. I hate it when people say, "I'll pray for you" so I'm not going to say it, but you're in my thoughts.

I apologize again for ending up out-of-town this week!!! You have to tell me all about how it goes; is there anyone who can video tape the performance?

Just so you know, I'm always here for you (okay, maybe not physically in Chicago for you) -but any time you need to reach out and feel a little lovin' just pop me a txt or an email. I can always send back a smile and some positive energy to brighten your day.

I know sometimes "the journey" sucks a little bit -but keep on trying, and do your best to keep your chin up. It's worth it for those little times where things *do* work out alright.
