First, the good news. (I'm sure this is old news to most of you by now, but...)

Connecticut Legalizes Same-Sex Marriage
This is terrific news - I just wish it had come after election day. This will further inflame the anti-equality voters in Arizona, Florida, and California.

Now, the bad news.

Oh, that annoys me. I'm actually thinking this is a good chance to try out something--the power of advocacy via social networking. So, I've created a "Boycott McDonald's" group on Facebook--let's see how it does. As I pointed out in my email to Mickey-D's, the people on Facebook are better consumers than anyone who might actually participate in an AFA boycott.
