Good for you. It really makes a difference! I have a lot more energy by avoiding HFCS, enriched anything, and partially hydrogenated anything. It's pretty amazing.
I just noticed my Special K has HFCS in it! I was shocked! I wouldn't think a dry food wouldhave syrup in it, but I guess it can be 'powdered' or whatever. I read an article today and it's making me rethink HFCS, etc.
