Summary: Vacation. That’s Janey’s purpose why she decided to go to South Korea, where her father came from. But because of unexpected meeting with the group SS501, every thing changed, especially when she met Heo Young Saeng.
CHAPTER 10
My uncle picked me up at my condo, I greeted him but he just on me which is very strange, and by the look of his face I know something was wrong and its bad, really bad. We rode the car without looking or talking with each other. We arrived at their house in silence, and then my uncle speaks.
"The reason why I bought you here is we need to talk to you," He said in a serious tone and that scares me.
"What is it? Is something happened?" I asked, I'm really scared of what is it.
"It's about ShinHye."
"What about her?"
"Lets get inside first," we walk into their house and the minute I stepped inside, I found ShinHye sitting in the couch with a guy beside her and she's crying. I ran to her side immediately and asked what happened, until my auntie came into the view, arms folded and a disgusted look on her face.
"So, your great niece is here," she said, what's her problem with me now? Aish! This woman!
"Excuse me? Did I do something to you?" I asked and she just shook her head and rolled her eyes on me. She's getting on my nerves now.
"Unnie...." ShinHye called me between sobs, I look at her then she covered her face with her hands "I'm.....I'm.....pregnant," then she cried even more harder and I just stand right beside her staring her in disbelief and dumbfounded.
"What?" I asked wishing that I heard it wrong, it can't be she's just 17 years old for heaven's sake. She didn't answer me; she just keep on crying and the guy beside her was holding her shoulder comforting her. "But... but how why?" I still can't believe that she's pregnant, what's wrong with kids these days?!
"Now you're acting like you don’t know anything," My auntie said then I stared at her in confusion, what does she want now?
"What the hell are you talking about?" my patience on her is getting thinner and I congratulate myself for thinking not to stay here for my vacation.
"Stop pretending like you are innocent and don't know anything about this. She said you've been helping her to meet this guy, that's why they did something that they shouldn't." she accused and I just stared at her blankly trying to absorb and think of what she said.
"Do you have proof by that? She just told me yesterday that she have a boyfriend to me and now this?!" I shot back at her.
"Then how can you explain that she's always go to your place and always go home late at night?" I don't know why this woman hates me so much like I did something on her that makes her hate me like this.
"What are you saying? Always going to my place every day? Are you kidding me? Yesterday was the second time I met her since I stay here," then I stared at ShinHye who's now crying even harder "You've been using me just to meet this irresponsible guy?!"
"I'm so...sorr...rryy Unnie," that's all she said, even the guy next to her have teary eye but he's holding it back.
"Why?" the only question I want to ask, why did she do this to me? I felt betrayed by this person I treated as my own sister, first Courtney now her? Why life have to be so unfair! I scream in my head.
"I don't care if she use you, it didn't change the way I look at you, and you are a bad influence to my daughter. You and your brother both are bad influence to my daughter since then, you two are such a disgrace to your family." She said, okay that did it, if I have a little respect on her a moment ago, now it's all gone. Bringing up James in this problem was uncalled for.
"What did you just say?" walking towards her, my uncle was holding her wife's shoulder telling her to stop.
"I said you and your brother are a disgrace to you family." She repeated I stopped a few feet away from her. She just crosses the line, my brother and me got nothing to do with their problem and she said that we're a disgrace.
"You don't have a right to say that to me and James, and don't put him in this because he got nothing to do with your problem. You're daughter in a very young age, with a guy that looks like can't live in his own and depending his food to his mother is what I called a disgrace," I said, if she wants to do it like this then she will get it. "At least me and James when he's still alive can live with our own, we have our own car and job, we can even have our own house if we want to but because of my dad's wish to live together, we decided to stay in one roof. And both of us are graduating college soon, is that what you call disgrace?" after that, I saw her expression and it looks like she's embarrass on what she said earlier, but I don’t care if I embarrass her in front of her husband or daughter and soon-to-be son in law. I just want to let her know and prove to her that the things she said to me are not true.
After that, my uncle decided to take me home and promised me to talk to her wife about what happen earlier and he says sorry for his wife. Even him can't believe that his wife did such a thing.
We reached my condo for 20 minutes, I said thanks for him and he took off. I checked my phone to look for the time and it has 4 missed calls and one text message, two from kyu oppa and two from youngsaeng oppa and one text message from kyu oppa.

FROM: Kyu Oppa (13:30)
Hey! Why aren't you picking up you're phone? Call me when you receive this, araso?

When I read his message, I call him immediately wondering what he need. I'm not in the mood to talk, I'm having a bad day, and thankfully I'm going out later, I need something to forget what happened earlier. But I think oppa is busy, he didn't answer his phone so I just leave a voicemail to him and text both youngsaeng oppa and him saying sorry for not picking up my phone.
I lay on my bed thinking of something to do, trying not to think of what happened at ShinHye's house. I still can't believe that she did that to me, and how her mother hates my brother, and me I can't think of any reason for her to us except that we love dogs and she didn't.
I tried to erase that scene out of my head, and instead of thinking of it, I called my family in the states. Luckily it's weekend now and all of them are in the house. It's nice to talk to them again and I missed them, my dad said if the kids are on vacation, he said that they would come here. When I'm done talking with my dad and the kids, I talk to my mom about my feelings about Youngsaeng opal.
"You're old now and on the right age to make decision about that. The only thing that I can give to you is, to make sure what you feel about him because love is very tricky, so don't fall easily dear, because you might get hurt. Make sure that what you feel is true and not just a crush okay?
I was thinking of what my mom said, I still don't know what is this, is it just a crush or something more? All I know is I've never felt something like this before, I touched or hold hands with a lot of my guy friends before but none of them send something like electricity through me, and the way I look at him, and how I get mesmerized by his smile, and lastly by just thinking of him I forgot that I'm talking to my mom, until I heard her calling my name continuously.
"Oh! Sorry mom, what are you saying again?"
"Never mind, you're thinking about him huh?" she asked, I want to deny it but she knew me very well, of course she's my mom. "Neyney, please be sure of what you feel, not that I'm against about it, I'm really glad that you found a guy that made feel like that for the first time. What I'm worried about, is that you fall in love with a wrong person and ended up like James, and I can't afford of losing you too." My mom said, I can see her point and I understand what she meant. I know I just met him and lots of things will happen and I don't know if he felt the same way towards me. So, I'm still unsure about this. I don't know what to do now.
We talk for several more minutes then we said goodbyes, because they said they're going to visit James. After I hang up, I close my eyes thinking of random things like food, anime and dogs but I don't know what had gotten to my mind and ended up thinking of Youngsaeng oppa, those beautiful dark eyes, thin lips, cleft chin, his perfect nose, I have to admit since then I'm suck with guys that have chubby dimpled cheeks. Annoyed by myself, I decided to just go to sleep and turned my cell phone from vibrate to its maximum volume so that if someone calls me I will hear it. I closed my eyes trying to sleep.

I was woken by the sound of my phone, I'm trying to ignore it but I just remembered that I was expecting a call. I look for it and look the caller it was Youngsaeng oppa.
"Oppa."
"Janey!" he said almost yelling at me, "You made me worried, I thought something happen to you. I've been calling you for the tenth time and you're not answering." He sounded really worried about me and it made me smile.
"I'm sorry oppa, I slept, and you don't have to worry." I said assuring him that nothing bad happened to me, "Anyways, where are you right now? Are we still going?" I asked, I wonder if we still going out today, Its already 9:30 in the evening.
"Is it okay with you if we go out at like 11 later? We’re here at the house now.,” he said, huh? Why so late?
"It's fine by me but can I ask where are we going? And why do we have to go late at night?"
"Because there's not much people and paparazzi wandering around and that place is beautiful at night." He said
"Okay oppa, hmm, is it okay if I just wear something like I wore last time when we had dinner? We're not going somewhere elegant right?
"Of course you can. And no we're not going to an elegant place."
"Okay oppa, I'm going to do something now, see you later!" I said I'm getting excited on the place we are going and at the same time curious.
"Sure, see you later, bye." He said and hangs up.
