My next Feldenkrais segment (3 of 8) starts on March 1st (my sister's 21st birthday OHDEARGOD), just over two weeks away. I've done essentially nothing directly related to Feldenkrais since Segment 2 in November, and I feel kind of weird about it. Thinking I'll actually go to the study group happening on Sunday to ease myself back into it

I think that would be a terrific blog -- really interesting to people who are already familiar with Feldenkrais, people who are experts seeing the perspective of someone learning it, and people like me who find it fascinating but know nothing about it. I'd want to read it.
