So last night I went to an open (i.e. public) skate at Putty Hill. At the scrimmage on Wednesday, I hadn't been on skates for two weeks, and felt all stiff and wonky, and didn't want that to be the last time I skated before Sunday's bout. And what La Plantastique said. The only way you wouldn't have to be proofing right now is if you didn't have a book to proof. And books are awesome. Books are the shit. I bet George Washington had, like, 30 books.
