hmm. I have another LJ friend at basic user level who manages to RSS's to/from her blog & tribe.net also. Not sure where she posts 1st, but I'll ask her.

hmm, the lovely and talented Miss Noralita sent me your request.

I don't have a paid account. but I do know a bit about the rss stuff.
first, go here - http://p3k.org/rss/?setup=true
where is says URL, that's where you enter the .xml url.

the page that you want to feed should let you know what the rss feed url is. lj help page has some info on how to do it too.

I have been doing an rss feed from some comic pages that have a syndicate feed. I found them through other people's lj.

let me know if that helps. good luck!

Ah, thanks for the suggestion -- perhaps I should explain a bit more fully . . .

I don't need to set up an RSS feed -- it's already up and running. What I need to do is have LiveJournal accept it as a subscribable syndication. To do that, I need a paid LJ account to submit the URL.

So . . . I'm just looking for someone with a paid account to submit the URL for me -- that's all -- one time favor only!
