Mmm, this gets a tad mushy...
Dang, it's been an emo weekend for me. And listening to Lento is not helping. Gotta love that low brass feature. Life was seriously easier then. Oh yeah, now its on the closer from jr. year. This is definitely my mood. Oooh and Malaga!! Ahh memories. My stomach hurts from all this thinking. I am considering moving to U of I or joining the military :) You all know I wouldn't actually do it though. Friday night Nathan and I saw Ladder 49. Man, firefighters are soo cool. Looked around the mall for awhile then went to his house. It was nice to talk to his parents again. He was exhausted after being in band for 1.5 days :) Saturday I woke up and Angela and I went to the Dome just in time to see the kiddies play in semi-finals. Watched Kennesaw Mtn. After that we xmas shopped at the mall with Jett and Chad...I would show ya'll a picture if I could figure it out on here. Walked to the mall like 3 times Saturday. Finals was really good, that's a show where you can watch everyone's show and not get bored because they are all good. There is only one that I kinda fell asleep to. But we won't talk about that. I really loved your guys show this year, it figures that they do jazz in it the year after I leave! I am jealous of you guys, but even more am I proud of you. 6th in the nation is nothing to sneeze at. Yeah, your show is definitely the most exciting/interesting show, but you know how the field judges like to kill us. I mean, Avon. Yeah, so the show made me very emotional. The people I miss most are seniors (and several other exceptions!) and now they are all grown up. I love this class as much as I loved the kids of '02! Matt, James, Joey, Beth, and other people that I have good memories with like Sara and Passion! And who can forget Amy and Veronica! And Drew is cool cuz he made James seem less annoying :) I realized how good it was to see Joey again...we were best friends for 3 years. And I still consider him to be, it's just a lot different now. I hope you go to Purdue next year so we can be hang buddies again! I know there are other's that I'm forgetting, but you guys know I love you and am SOO proud of you! And I miss many of you who aren't seniors. Emily, I am so glad you decided to try band this year and I hope you liked it enough to want to keep at it. I got so much from it and you are such a bright, beautiful girl, I think you will get even more. I couldn't ask for a better sister and best friend :) *edit* Alright, lj just cut half of my post. Here I go again...*edit* I didn't realize how much I missed it til this weekend, but I think it gave me some closure. I basically have a new life now and I gotta find things that work for me and give me the same fulfillment that I once had. Aight, enough talk I need to start my paper!
