Definitely hear you on that last sentence. It feels unreal that I'm at a point in time where I'm getting interviews. But was the gradual conclusion of slowly plugging away at the portfolio. It's good to hear you're still making progress figuring things out. Really hoping you get to take up voice lessons full time and drop the restaurant this year.
