Pleasant Ridge Chili. Cincinnati is known for chili and there are a million chili joints here. All of them are a bit sketchy. I NEVER eat chili from any of the little mom and pop shops... but PRC has gravy cheese fries, add a little hot sauce and you have the perfect heart attack on a plate, and it's delicious! : )
