Fic-Solitary Confinement

Mar 26, 2013 02:09

I’ve been in this room for weeks, maybe even months now. I’ve completely lost track of time, so I can’t be sure anymore. There aren’t any windows, so I don’t even know when it’s day and when it’s night. I just stay awake until I’m tired and then I sleep until I wake up.

And every new “day,” I hope and pray that this will be the one when they decide ( Read more... )

Thanks Dani,
The sneers on the writers were lot of fun to write. And, yes, Nuke's love is for everyone and it will endure no matter what as long as we carry it on! I appreciate your kind encouragement!

JIm I am speechless as the unique insight into Noah's and Luke's take on the whole sorry mess... and omg it says everything a nuke fan wanted to say to the dumbass writers who spoilt the best love story I have ever read. A one that inspired us all to write and continue their love story. Our love will never be over not as long as we keep it alive through our stories. Ok I did lol at Reid's bits lol and Luke angry at been made to be his lap dog :-( so true.

I am amazed and blown away by your talent Jim.

Well done. Xxx

Thank you SO much, Louise,
I absolutely think that this is how Luke would have reacted to the storyline! He'd much rather be locked in the room with Noah than forced to spend all his time with the Doctor, lol!

The writers let us down...big time. But now we are the keepers of the Nuke legacy!

I'm amazed and blown away by how wonderfully supportive you always are! I appreciate it so very much!

This is absolutely wonderful, Jim. Where the hell you got such a fabulous idea, I don't know, but you need to get me membership.

Everything about this is just so perfect - I laughed out loud at the bathroom comment - and I feel all warm and fuzzy inside thinking that I'm one of those people keeping them alive.

Stunning, as always :)

Thank you so much, Sarah,

It occurred to me that I'd never read a "meta" Nuke fic before (in which they are aware that the are characters) and thought I'd see how it would go!

And, yes, you are certainly one of the people keeping them alive!

I appreciate your encouragement and kind words so much!

Ah Jim!!! This is an excellent and unique story.

I love the way you have Noah showing just as much confusion over the story line as we did. Very imaginative how you worked Van and Jake as well as Luke and Noah and the other characters into the story.

You told it just as we all felt when we watched.

Brillant. You have such a way with words.

Oh and long live fan fiction!!

Thank you so much, Anne,

I was certainly trying to tap into the feelings of sadness I felt as I watched the storyline play out. Glad it resonated with you on that level.

And that's high praise, given your "way with words."

I so appreciate you encouragement and kind words. Long live fan fiction, indeed!

Please forgive the pounding sound you are no doubt hearing - it is the sound of the hammer hitting the nail right on the head. You totally nailed it, Jim! There is not much I can add about Luke and Noah / Van and Jake - every emotion is right there...absolutely gorgeous and right on the money. I would like to say "hooray!" for the mentions of Dusty and Emma. Luke and Noah's forever love living on in fan fiction is something to truly treasure. Thank you so much for Solitary Confinement, Jim - I raise a glass to you....

And I raise one right back at you, Stacey! Your kind words always mean so much to me!

The writers let us down big down, but thankfully they can no longer inflict any more damage on Nuke anymore, and all the great writers in the Nuke fandom will take much better care of them.

Thank again! I appreciate it so much!
