I've been eating much butter garlic naan for you. I survived on it a few days in Varanasi when my digestion was in full out rebellion mode. I credit it with the healing :)
I only like it for the first 5 minutes or so, while it's piping hot. After that, not so much. But, yummmm, hot buttered naan fresh out of the oven. Nothing like it!
Wow, what a cool way to bake! I was just thinking yesterday that I should try my hand at making naan, since it's so expensive to buy! Thanks jb, and thanks for the travel updates - so glad you're having an amazing experience.
