My Nerves Are Shot.

I recived a letter from The City Today Nov 19th,2004. It states You Have A Rat Problem. And 8 Feet tall weeds and rubbish around the Home and you have 5 Business days to clean it up. The Complaint was Dated 6/25/2004.And the letter dated Nov. 18th.5 monts later.Hello it is now fall all my 5 trash cans have tops on them,I cleaned the weeds in August
