I just put in an offer on a condo. It's a bit more commute than I want, but not much, but it's brand new, very secure, and a good, if not perfect layout.

And about $25,000 cheaper than closer places. Ah, location, location, location.

More on the way from work, but I take your meaning.

The Shelves in the closet will have to go, and I'm entertaining thoughts about complicated kitchen hanging racks for pans and knives... Wow, this is going to cost so much more than just the price of the condo...
