1. I like Toastmasters. A lot.
2. Swimming! I went this morning and loved it. The ellipse is okay, the stationary bike is okay, but you don't get that heart-pounding flushed feeling like with running. Swimming laps, you do! Plus, it offers much happiness for the joints (like for example, hip joints) I think I will go again Wed. or Thurs.- if I can

Now don't get me wrong- I'm no dolphin in there. In fact I suspect I look ridiculous. I don't actually think I'm doing the freestyle "right," it's what I remember from lessons when I was... uh... I guess 7 or 8 yo. but I don't think anyone but the lifeguards are paying attention. :)
