First thing in the morning is my favorite -- but that could be because it usually means I can sleep in and don't have to be up for work! Mid-afternoon, early evening is good too.

Yes, the summer I lived in Houston. I drank a LOT. One night, I made the guy driving pull over 5 or 6 times because I kept feeling like I was going to puke. And finally did. Yay, me.

Nope, always for free.

Showers. But if I had a super duper bathtub, I'd enjoy that more often.
