Yesterday was Ash Wednesday.  It kinda snuck up on me.  All of a sudden it was Mardi Gras and Paczki Day and then I had to run down to Assumption Church a few blocks from my office to get blessed with ashes on my forehead.  In the past I've always attended a service in conjunction with being blessed.  This time I did a "drive-by" whereas I walked
