dropping the dead weight

I've been doing the South Beach Diet for a little over a month - down about 20 pounds.  A little over 30 pounds since January.  Feels good . . . might be slipping into some old jeans soon.  The only let down is that I am hitting a weight loss plateau and I am becoming impatient.  Ultimately, I want to lose another 10 pounds by Bear Pride in Chicago ( Read more... )

best of luck, buddy. exercise really helps to drop weight, or at least redistribute it to better places. :)

I'm trying to loose weight also. My goal is a pound a week. I'm hoping to loose 20.

LOL!! it seems you and I both like overeating way too much, I just wish I had the dicipline to stick to the diet to keep the weight off.

I was told that the scale is your worst enemy when you diet and it's the truth. I measure how much weight I loss by seeing if old clothes that fit me tight now fit me looser.
