Falling asleep at work

I was so sleepy at work . . . had a couple cans of Diet Mountain Dew . . . nothing!  Put on the headset, que up Pearl Jam 10 . . . I am not sleepy anymore, but I have an uncontrollable urge to raise my arms in a "V".
