Friday after 4:30 it's dead around here. Just me and my music, which today, is Seether's new acoustic/live album, One Cold Night. It's a decent album...Shaun's voice is amazing and with the music being on the mellow side, you can really appreciate the man's singing talent. There are so many things I want to say but I've been afraid of making her upset or sad. But, someone else gave me the same advice a few days ago (almost word for word) so I'm going to give it a shot.

Thanks so much for your advice and words of wisdom. I know losing your brother still has to be hard on you and for you to share your experience and feelings with me...well, it really means alot.

Sorry the Seether album wasn't quite you had hoped for/expected. That can be the problem goin' acoustic. Some bands (like Bon Jovi for instance, and in my humble opinion) pull it off quite well and you're right, it definitely makes the vocals stand out.

God, I don't know what to tell ya on your mom being ill. Sounds like ya may be dealing with some major lack of both motivation and pleasure principle from be depressed. OMG is that an icky feeling. I go straight to bed too when I get to feeling that way. So, so hard. All I can say is I feel for ya and all my best peaceful and healing thoughts are comin' your way, babe.

I've been meaning to comment on your new LJ design...I love it!!! Supes is the man!! I still have to see the movie. I think I'm the only one on the planet that hasn't. This week for sure.

Sorry but I didn't get a chance to see your post till today. Thanks for the review on the Seether albulm as i was thinking of buying it myself. Maybe we can make a trade (I know that I probably have something that you'd like) for a bit.

Personally, I think a few drinks would have been in order but I do admire your constraint. I should be home today if you wish to talk? I'm still configuring the new cable connection for my internet.
