I've done nothing this entire week. And trust me, I've got plenty of things to do. This includes both at work and at home. Ah well, there will be time, I suppose, to get it all done and if not, then I guess it won't do me any good to bitch about it

After dealing with corporate red tape for so many years, I feel your pain. The sad part is you could of made 5 phone calls and eventually you would have reached one employee who would have said, "Sure, let's fix that right now." Most of the time, the rules are little more then a new employee who's unsure of how to do something so they quote whatever knowledge that they had from their relatively short training session.

I've played that game many time with insurance companies and trust me, you'll eventually find the person who knows what's going on.
