What a beautiful way to start a new day! We can and should always be alert for beauty, but that doesn't mean we miss other parts, too. I think Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote something about God's big eye which I can't remember, but do remember my 11th grade English teacher drawing a big eye on the blackboard. Which was kind of creepy, but beautiful, too.

Just read the Emerson lines to my daughter, who has many struggles and who is a big Emerson fan. Thanks to you he reached out and touched us this morning. Thanks.

Three of my favorite writers AND a cinnamon bun?! It doesn't get much better than that.

Hope you all had a terrific writing session. It was so good to see Debbi & Cindy over the weekend.

Thank you for a sweet and generous post. I also like the excerpt from Ralph Waldo Emerson. It reminds me of Anne of Green Gables, believe it or not: "Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it."
