Jo, I am going to miss Monday morning warm-ups. Thanks for such thought-provoking exercises this summer. I went to my talking rock this morning right after I read your post. My "rock" was a small waterfall hidden in a wooded walking trail. I ventured out on the smoothed slate for my talk. I realized how much different my conversation was from one I might have had just a few months ago. Inner and outer turmoil had softened my heart and opened my eyes. I gratefully accepted the peace and joy of the beauty and cool of the morning. The writing came later this afternoon. Thanks again, Jo.

I really appreciate the time and talent you've shared with us during Monday morning warm-ups. I have a couple of stories buried deep within that are clamoring for attention right now. I have to decide which one to focus on knowing it will be both painful and satisfying. Thanks for the inspiration.
