He called last night around dinner just to say hi and inquire if labor had begun, and we had a short chat. Geez. I saw this on the news this morning and I immediately thought of Alicia's dad. How much bad stuff should happen to one person in a year???? I really really hope that the fires turn and his house stays safe.

Looking good currently, just talked to him and he's much more confident that the house will be out of danger.

it may have worked - I talked to him and he said it's looking much better on his end - winds were expected to be high tonight but they're almost nothing.

Thanks for the update, Justin. We were thinking of Alicia's family when the news of fires in SB started coming on, but didn't want to pester you guys in case Alicia was in the middle of labor. We're thinking of ALL of you in the coming days!
