Crap. Tickets up here are $30 plus various and sundry charges at the Fillmore. Booo!

Dang- that's pushing it. I love the Birdman but I don't know if I could swing $40+ for a ticket! This is put on by the Casbah, but it's at SOMA, I suppose for bigger capacity. Have you ever been to the SOMA by the Sports Arena? I went to the old one off Morena Blvd like 10 years ago.

I've been once, but it was a sidestage show. It's actually a great venue because of it being a former movie theater. The ground gently sloes down toward the stage, so it's a lot easier to see bands over people's heads.
