Some people have asked me..'why the hell are you spending money fixing up a 30 something year old trailer that your only renting????' Well, I tried all the little tricks to remove the wallpaper, from some kinda paste, to wetting the walls and using a razor...it's been stuck on there 30 something years LOL. So in the end I used a belt sander and made it smooth enough to paint over.

The living room is about 30x20...that still pretty small to do it in? I can see where your coming from with small rooms, cause I can look in on the kitchen from the living room.

LOL I think she loves me more cause all she see's of me is rent day, and then I disapear again for 30 days. If somethings broken in here, I end up fixing it and just sending her a bill..which keeps her maintence man freed up to work on other property. If for some odd reason I dont' leave mississippi for the next 10 years, I actually thought about getting some property and a house to call my own and do my own work on. But as things seem to be going, I might end up moving close to my dad since he's real sick...only time will tell :-)
