Following is an only slightly edited version of the mail I sent two
years ago, because really, I send the same reminder every year...

You know how I post every year saying "If we don't meet our minimum
number we're going to have to cancel"?

Yeah, that's this post.

The deadline for making said minimum is a bit over a week away.

Unfortunately, all of the extra people who I've invited this year (including my boys) have conflict with the timing and the beginning of the Pgh school year. :( I hope we make it!

Once again, we're mis-scheduled.

Scheduling bites me. With three other conflicting events which don't repeat; one of them will win this year.

I don't think I can come (big surprise) but might want to sponsor a scholarship, how much might that be? (Five or so clicks on the website did not easily bring up that potentially useful information.)
