Word up on Chris Cooper in Breach -- excellent performance I had forgotten about, as was Kelly McDonald's in No Country (although I have a hard time figuring out when she is being great because I've had a low-key crush on her since Trainspotting) (it's OK, I was sixteen then too).

Regarding lady acting: see Margot at the Wedding, now on DVD. Nicole Kidman and Jennifer Jason Leigh are both terrific in it.

OMG, you haven't seen Ratatouille yet? It's the best thing ever. Seeing that + In the Heights is going to be too much goodness packed into one day.
