There was atleast one person that wanted to see pictures of the boots I made, ane I love to show off anything I make.

the boots would be really comfortable, it the fit right. as the leather dried out, and I added the wook flease as a insert, the room inside the shoe got MUCH smaller. I'm going to rework them at some point so that the will fit better.

I'm hoping I'll be able to find some free time to make a large scale ballista, but thats going to have to wait.

and no, I don't sleep, atleast not when I' get stuck in these building stuff type moods. I can work clear through the night and not realize it till I see the sun shining in my windows

Reminds me of a character in one of the webcomics I read. He has an "inventor's gene" and once an idea hits, he has to work on it until the thing is done. My body demands sleep so I can't run on full speed like that. Did you shake your finger at the boots for shrinking?

not sure I know what comic you're talking about, but I can relate to the character. it can cause problems some times, like when I don't get to sleep till an hour before I need to get up for something, or when I forget about all the other projects that I have.

adn no, I didn't shake a finger at it, not sure the leather would care.
