Much of that sounds very, very tasty. :-) Given how little alcohol I drink, I would have been face-down sleeping in the third course...possibly right after the amuse bouche.

Our friend Terri drinks very little, and she went to the bluezoo dinner with us - she get them to pour a little of each wine, and didn't always drink all of what she was poured, though she managed to try everything.

Speaking of food, I'll be in Orlando on business the week after GAFilk. Should have several free nights for dinner.

we're driving up to GAFilk again, but intend to drive home in an orderly fashion - dinners definitely doable
