Time to go somewhere?

I really want to go on vacation somewhere. Hawaii is an Always, Taiwan is an Always, and I've been intrigued by the things that I read in a NYC guidebook. Also, I hear the surfing in Costa Rica is amazing. I generally like to travel in tropical locations but I'm always willing to try new places as well
