Ok, so I had to start the low carb thing. I hate it! I am sure now I am an addict. I am now ready to admit that I really probably do ahve a problem with food addiction

The first step to recovery is admitting we have a problem. Good job! The carbs are hard to overcome, but keep focused and trust the Lord to walk with you. Some of the carb problem is the sugar - which is the addictive agent. That is one reason a lot of people have a hard time breaking the cigarette habit. They are loaded with sugar. I'm continuing to uphold you in prayer. The road is long, but God is faithful and each pound and mental triumph is important. [And yes I know some of the struggle with cravings. Thirty years ago I had to stop eating dairy products. No one says this is easy, but it will bring rewards later. ] Keep up with the Bible study. It will reinforce why you are doing this, to glorify God.
