In the United States, a lot of the horse ranches for the casual rider are called "dude ranches." I don't know why they get that name.

My sister used to be a barn manager and also train horses, do dressage, and show-jumping. I really enjoyed getting to know some of the horses my sister worked with.

That's cool that your sister had a job with horse!
I don't really want to ride or control them, I just want to looking horses, being with them, make friends with them. XD

I too enjoy just being with them. It was nice to be able to visit them when my sister worked in the barns. Unfortunately a lot of it is hard work and she was always sore, so after 8 years she had to quit.
