during the day yesterday, i had ulpan and we reviewed for our midterm that is monday. we played a game of musical chairs but with commands in hebrew. it was really funny and we felt like we were in a zoo cause we did it in this big room where everyone sits and waits for class to start.

i went all the way down to the post office to get a package and it turns out that they didnt mean to send the letter because it was for the package i had already gotten. it was annoying.

then along with eliad, laura, atag, ilana, a girl from Finland name Inka, and a boy from New York named Andrew we went on a very fun trek. first we stopped at got really good falafel. then we walked and went to Eliads (who is one of the madrich of the overseas students)family's apartment. it was beautiful and had a beautiful view. then we walked to this community center in this suburb which is mostly religious. there we put bread in bags, then put eggs in cartons, then put potatoes and yams in bags and then carrots. after bagging them they were put into boxes which were then devlivered by other volunteers to needy families. it was a really rewarding experience and it was also really fun.

we all spoke in mostly hebrew with each other which was cool and there were so many cute little kids and some kids that were only a year younger than us. so it was really fun.

then afterwards laura, ilana, atag, eliad and i walked to grand canyon. (canyon in hebrew is mall) and laura and i walked around. we realized clothes are really expensive here which is an issue. then we met up with atag and ilana for dinner at this really good chicken place. (yesterday was ilana and juli's birthday)

i went to bed around 11pm cause i had a headache and woke up at like 1:00pm. i did laundry and actually for the first time talked to some of the soliders that live downstairs. it was very nice. at 5:00 we are going to services at Ohel Avraham. so I need to finish folding my laundry and cleaning.

i hope everyone has a lovely day.
