Why can't people just take things seriously for once? I work so damn hard to get all of this organized and for what? For people to skip rehearsals and just not care. It's not fair at all. Like there are some people who are so good about it but other just don't have a care in the world

A lot of it is people see you as their friend or another student, not someone trying to conduct a pit.
