I just got a shot yesterday and I have a massive bruise where the dumbass tried to kill me. He pinched me really hard as he was saying he'd never done this before and then ninja chopped me in the arm. Still hurts to move it at all. So I totally know how you feel!

Poor Tim. Shoulders are tough...I hope yours heals quickly. I slept wrong on my shoulder once, and it took a week for it to be back to normal. OUCH. Be gentle with yourself, okay?

thanks. and the icing on the cake is that i'm really sick right now too. fever, congestion, etc. but it hurts like hell to cough!
