I'm actually watching this Driven thing last night (wanted to see what everyone said about us!) and I still get angry when I'm reminded of the fact Lance was nearly a deal-breaker. How could they ask that of us? To get rid of someone who had poured so much effort into the group, who had tried so hard, who we'd grown to love, who I'd fallen in love

I often find, in this business, that the feelings of those involved in decisions being made are not often considered. This is why many bands don't make it very far, because decisions are being made for them, sometimes tearing the bands apart.

It's tragic, how very few seem to really care about how anyone else feels anymore.

I'm glad that Lance was kept in the group, because *Nsync wouldn't be in sync without him. :)
